Phetchabun the name originates from the word “Phetchaburi” which literally mean “the city of vegetation or crop”. According to the historical evidences discovered at the ancient site of Sri Thep, Phetchabun is believed to have existed more than one thousand years ago. The town is located 346 kilometers from Bangkok along Highway No.21.
